Dans l'attente de se développer, le Comité-Audomarois fonctionne comme un comité de locataires.</font><font size="3"><br></font></div><div style="text-align: left;"><div style="text-align: justify;"><font style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" size="3">Toutefois, ce comité est très actif. </font><font style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" size="3"><br></font><font style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" size="3">- Il est présent aux réunions de bureau, aux commissions des relations locatives et sociales, aux commissions de concertation locative</font><font size="3"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> et aux réunions du conseil d'administration du bailleur social "Pas-de-Calais habitat".</span><br style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Afin de pouvoir répondre rapidement à l'attente de tous les locataires, ce comité tient dans son local de Longuenesse, une permanence, chaque mardi de 14 à 18 heures.</span><br style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Et enfin, pour aider tous les locataires à mieux connaître leurs droits et leurs devoirs de locataire, un atelier logement est organisé gracieusement chaque mois dans une salle au sein du quartier "Maillebois" de Longuenesse. L'originalité de ce dispositif c'est de rendre les participants acteurs de leur formation. Selon le thème choisi le mois précédent, les personnes présentes débattront sur le sujet, et selon les expériences vécues par chacune, des solutions pourront être suggérées. L'animateur sera présent pour compléter les suggestions émises.</span><br style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">L'atelier logement du comité-Audomarois de la CLCV a lieu le 1er jeudi de chaque mois, de 14 à 16 heures 15, dans une salle de réunions dans le quartier "Maillebois" à Longuenesse. Cet atelier permet à chaque séance mensuelle une rencontre sur un thème choisi par les participants de la formation précédente.</span><br style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Les prochaines séances auront lieu le jeudi 6 novembre 2008, le jeudi 4 décembre 2008 et le jeudi 8 janvier 2009. Utilité du comité
