All returned or exchanged items MUST have an RMA number written on the outside of the shipping carton not the product box. If there is no RMA number the item will be refused. You must call customer service inorder to receive this number.
All merchandise must be returned in NEW, UNOPENED, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with all tags attached in its original packaging. After inspection, if we determine the returned items have been used we reserve the right to return the items to you at your expense.
We do not refund shipping charges, however we will pay return shipping charges if the ordered item is defective or The FirmOnline.com Store shipped the incorrect product(s).
If you purchased the wrong size or received defective merchandise and would like an exchange, place a new order for the correct merchandise and return the unwanted merchandise following the procedures outlined above
If you receive the wrong order we must be contacted about this error within 48 hrs , if not there will be no action taken on our part, it is the customers responsibility to check your order when received.
